RSVP has partnered with the Vespasian Warner Public Library and AARP Tax program to bring free tax preparation to the DeWitt County area. Taxes will be prepared by appointment at the Vespasian Warner Library at 310 N Quincy St, Clinton.  For an appointment please call the Vespasian Warner Public Library, 935.5174.  This service will be available on Thursday's from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. and Saturday's from 9:00 a.m. to noon, starting Thursday February 2, through Saturday April 15, 2017. This is for anyone of any age who would like their taxes prepared and filed free of charge.
