RSVP has partnered with the AARP Tax program and Vespasian Warner Public Library to bring free tax preparation to the DeWitt County area. There is no age requirement or income guideline for this free service anyone is welcome to make an appointment. Taxes will be prepared by appointment at the Vespasian Warner Library at 310 N Quincy St, Clinton, IL 61727. Please call the Vespasian Warner Library for your appointment at 217-935-5174.  This service will be available every Thursday from 1pm to 3:30pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 12pm, now through Saturday April 15, 2017.
